Basic Site Access Terms

Access to this Site is a privilege rather than a right or an entitlement.  By accessing and/or using the Web pages hosted by Monitor and/or its various affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as "Monitor") especially for Monitor alumni, you conclusively agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.  Monitor may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time simply by posting an amended version on this Site and may make any amendment effective as it deems appropriate.  It is your responsibility regularly to review these Terms and Conditions and to acquaint yourself with any changes.  If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, do not use these Web pages. Please understand that usage constitutes an irrevocable waiver of any claim that you did not read, understand, or agree to these Terms and Conditions.
